ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from official stores in the United States.

DREAMStienda offers two shopping options:

  • Products available in limited stock (featured on Instagram)
  • Pre-order products from the USA (available on the website)

PURCHASE PROCESS

 

For pre-order purchases:

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your order
  • The remaining balance is paid once the product arrives in Chile

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Pre-order products have an estimated delivery time of 10 to 20 business days.

This timeframe may vary due to external factors such as logistics, transportation, or customs.

SHIPPING:

 

We ship throughout Chile via Blue Express and other logistics carriers.

Available options:

  • Home delivery
  • Branch pickup

Shipping is coordinated once the product arrives in Chile.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

    • Delivery may take up to 7 business days once received in Chile.
    • Deliveries do not have a fixed schedule (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
    • If the address is incorrect, the customer will be required to pay for a new shipment.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS DEVOLUCIONES

 

Due to the nature of our business (pre-order products):

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns for sizing or preference issues.
  • Refunds are not provided

In case of issues or errors with the order, each case will be evaluated individually.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If the customer decides to cancel the purchase:

  • The 25% deposit is non-refundable,as it covers purchasing and processing costs.

AVAILABILITY & PRICING

 

  • If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified.
  • In the event of a pricing error, the customer may accept the updated price or request a refund.
